Prior to my graduation, I have taken initiative to start my “on ground” practice in persuit of my desired career, by doing
1 - Occupying a junior level position in the purchasing department at Le Charcutier Aoun,a family run establishment since 1951 www.lecharcutier.com
2 - Creating and executing the concept of YASAMINE cafe-resto, which caters the concept of fusion cuisine to an audience of family and friends. As a managing partner, I have successfully transformed my educational skills into an effective sequence of action which lead to the renowned reputation of YASAMINE which we witness today.
From my achievements :
• Creating the concept of the restaurant and launching it.
• Responsible for the kitchen Management and menu items.
• Training the staff to cater different cuisines at the same time
• Operating a delivery and takeaway corner
• Introducing the creative cuisine concept
